Development of design and estimate documentation (DED)
The work includes the preparation of architectural and engineering solutions, hydraulic calculations, process diagrams, equipment selection, network routing plans, as well as the preparation of estimates in accordance with current regulations.
The design is carried out in accordance with the requirements of national standards, as well as international recommendations (including FIDIC, the World Bank and other donors) - taking into account technical, environmental and economic factors.

Development of tender documentation
Мы готовим полный пакет тендерной документации для проектов водоснабжения, канализации и очистных сооружений, включающий технические спецификации, описания работ, инструкции по оценке предложений, проектные чертежи и сметные расчёты. Документация соответствует требованиям Всемирного банка, ФАР, ЕБРР и национального законодательства. Разрабатываем условия контрактов (FIDIC, подряды с раздельным финансированием и др.) с учётом особенностей объекта и процедуры закупок. Обеспечиваем подготовку документов для прозрачного и конкурентного тендера, минимизируем риски несоответствия и ошибок в процессе отбора подрядчиков.

Development or updating of the feasibility study
The feasibility study includes a comprehensive analysis of technical solutions, cost assessment, socio-economic effect, calculation of payback periods and a financial and economic model of the project.
Актуализация ТЭО проводится с учётом изменений в проектных решениях, нормативной базе, ценах и объемах работ. Документация подготавливается в соответствии с требованиями государственных органов, международных финансовых институтов (Всемирный банк, ФАР и др.) и с учётом принципов устойчивого развития.

Detailed engineering design
We perform detailed engineering design of water supply systems, sewerage and treatment facilities with the development of complete design documentation, including technical solutions, drawings, specifications and calculations. In the design process, all engineering, environmental and economic requirements are taken into account, optimization of the design and technological parameters of the facilities is ensured. The detailed design serves as a basis for construction and further operation, corresponding to national regulations and international standards, including the requirements of donors and financial institutions.

Hydraulic
modeling
We perform hydraulic modeling of water supply systems, sewerage systems and treatment facilities to assess their operation in various operating modes. Modeling allows optimizing the parameters of pipelines, pumping stations and reservoirs, identifying bottlenecks and preventing emergency situations. Using modern software packages, we develop reliable and effective solutions that ensure stable and cost-effective operation of engineering infrastructure. The modeling results are integrated into design documentation and serve as a basis for making informed technical decisions.

Environmental and social sections
В составе проектной документации мы разрабатываем экологические и социальные разделы, включая Оценку воздействия на окружающую среду (ОВОС / ESIA), План управления окружающей средой (ПУОС / ESMP), Отчёт по социальной комплексной проверке (SDDR — Social Due Diligence Report) и План по переселению (ПДП / RAP), при необходимости. Все документы подготавливаются в соответствии с требованиями национального законодательства и международных организаций, таких как Всемирный банк, ФАР и ЕБРР. Это обеспечивает соответствие проекта экологическим и социальным стандартам, снижение рисков и устойчивое развитие.

Topographical and geological surveys
We conduct comprehensive topographic and engineering-geological surveys to prepare design documentation. The work includes surveying the terrain, determining geological conditions, analyzing soils, groundwater levels and seismicity of the site. Surveys are carried out using modern technologies and in accordance with national and international standards. The results are used for reliable and safe design of infrastructure facilities.

SCADA позволяет обеспечить дистанционный мониторинг и управление насосными станциями, КОС и другими объектами в режиме реального времени, повышая эффективность эксплуатации и снижение операционных рисков. Improving water supply in 5 districts of the Syrdarya region (World Bank Project)
Key activities include the construction and rehabilitation of boreholes, water towers and extensive water supply networks, as well as the installation of household water meters to improve the efficiency of water management and distribution, which will meet the immediate needs of approximately 300,000 residents by the target year of 2045. The project places particular emphasis on compliance with national norms and World Bank standards, ensuring that all activities contribute to the long-term sustainability and efficiency of water supply and sanitation infrastructure in the region. The estimated completion time for the project is 50 months.

Reconstruction and expansion of sewerage systems in the cities of Nukus, Takhiatash and Khodjeyli of the Republic of Karakalpakstan
Design of sewerage systems in Nukus, Takhiatash and Khodjeyli, including the restoration and/or expansion of sewer networks, both gravity and pressure, pumping stations, as well as new sewage treatment facilities, in the following range:
The project provides for:
V Nukus — construction of a sewage treatment plant (30,000 m³/day, stage 1), 192.5 km of sewer networks and 26 pumping stations;
V Takhiatashe — Wastewater treatment plant (8,000 m³/day, stage 1), 44.7 km of networks and 5 pumping stations;
V Khodjeyli — Wastewater treatment plant (7,200 m³/day, stage 1), 48.5 km of networks and 6 pumping stations.

Consulting services for the development of a conceptual design for wastewater treatment facilities in the Kashkadarya and Novinsky regions
Consulting services for the development of a conceptual design for treatment facilities and a detailed design for sewerage networks and pumping stations in the cities of Kitab, Shakhrisabz and Karmana.

Supervision of construction of main pipeline and water supply networks in Yangiyer.
Introduction of technical and author supervision of 33 km of water main and water supply network. A team of certified specialists daily monitor the construction process and compliance with all local and international standards.

Simplified Master Plan and Feasibility Study for the Modernization and Expansion of Drinking Water Supply Systems in the Fergana, Kashkadarya and Tashkent Regions
The project is financed by the French Development Agency (AFD). Its main goal is to improve the living conditions and health of the population in the Yakkabag, Kamashinsky and Guzarsky districts of the Kashkadarya region, as well as the Parkensky and Yukori-Chirchiksky districts of the Tashkent region and the Kuva district of the Fergana region.
The project is aimed at improving the quality of water supply and efficient use of water resources.
The project envisages the reconstruction and modernization of the water supply system, ensuring continuous water supply, reducing losses, increasing efficiency and reducing costs in the specified areas.

Working project - Construction of a sewerage system in the city of Bayaut, Syrdarya region.
This project is being implemented within the framework of the project "Improvement of sewerage in 5 district centers of the Syrdarya region" and is financed by the World Bank (WB). The project is aimed at improving the quality of life of the population of Bayaut by building a new centralized sewerage system, improving the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the city.
The project includes the construction and reconstruction of sewer networks, pumping stations (PS) and treatment facilities (WWTP).

Working Project - Construction and reconstruction of sewer networks in the cities of Urgench, Khiva, Pitnak and Gurlen in the Khorezm region.
The project is financed by the French Development Agency and is aimed at improving the quality of life of the population by expanding access to the centralized sewerage system and improving the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the project cities. The project plans to build and reconstruct sewer networks, pumping stations (PS) and treatment facilities (WWTP).

Detailed project - Construction and reconstruction of water supply networks and structures in the city of Yangiyer.
The project is financed by the World Bank (WB) and is aimed at the development of Yangiyer. It will allow connecting new subscribers taking into account the expected population growth and the increase in the number of enterprises of various forms of ownership. The project also aims to develop social conditions by increasing the overall operational reliability and sustainability of water supply in Yangiyer.
